What is a single office solution?
Single offices are nicely suited for start-ups and any other business that only needs one or two offices. This allows smaller companies an affordable office solution and predictable monthly costs. Small business typically need to have consistent and predictable overhead costs in order to remain profitable. A single office solution provides one consistent monthly rate that includes all your business overhead costs (see included amenities). A few of the most utilized ones are the shared conference room and the large kitchen/break room. As your business grows, MyNextSuite also provides you the option to relocate into a larger space without worrying about the expense and time associated with moving.

What is a traditional office solution?
Traditional space predominately appeals to growing, established and larger sized companies who need more office space to house their company needs. The spaces provided at MyNextSuite range from 1,140 – 4,300 square feet and many contain multiple private offices, private kitchens and conference/meeting rooms.

What is a virtual office solution?
Virtual office solutions are customized to each business need. For example, your company may not need to rent full time office space but would benefit by having temporary use of a furnished office or conference room. Virtual office packages can also be set up to include a business address, a mailbox or even use of a live onsite receptionist.

What is an executive office suite?
Our executive office suite option can be leased as a single office solution, a virtual office or on a short-term basis. This office is fully furnished and equipped with added benefits such as dual 30-inch flat screen computer monitors, a large wall-mounted flat panel display with high definition, an in-suite refrigerator/freezer and private security. With all-inclusive amenities and 360 square feet of office space, this suite redefines the “Class A” office space category.

What are the lease terms at MyNextSuite?
A minimum lease term for single and traditional office space is one year. Virtual offices are customized based on customer need. Tenants that choose to sign a lease for two years or more will receive three months of free rent.

Can I rent an office or conference room short-term?
MyNextSuite has furnished offices and conference rooms that can be used on a short-term basis. Whether you need a space for a company presentation or simply a meeting room to meet an important client, MyNextSuite will work with your company to ensure satisfaction.
What office space does MyNextSuite currently have available?

How much is the monthly rent?
Office pricing is based on type and is not available on our web site. To receive pricing information please contact our building manager by calling 865.392.9040 or emailing Info@MyNextSuite.com.
Do you have additional office locations?
Currently MyNextSuite has only one location at 123 Center Park Drive in Knoxville Tennessee.

Does MyNextSuite have onsite building management/maintenance?
At MyNextSuite the building and maintenance management will be onsite during normal business hours – Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. These teams support our tenants and respond to all concerns. Because our teams are onsite, we can deliver faster response times, quicker resolution and minimize tenant disruption.
Does MyNextSuite offer onsite Information Technology support?
Information Technology (IT) support staff are onsite Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Many of our lease packages include some information technology benefits and will include support for these items. Should the building experience an outage or a tenant have a specific problem with one of the technology items included in the lease package, the MyNextSuite I IT support staff will work quickly to resolve any issues. Because we have IT support onsite, we can deliver faster response times, quicker resolution and minimize tenant downtime.
Does MyNextSuite offer any additional services?
Our business support services are used by a wide variety of individuals and business. By using our additional services, our tenants can remain focused on their core business while we provide all the business support and management they need. Our additional services include: Administrative Support, Information Systems and Technology Support, Human Resources and Recruiting Support, Marketing and Communications Support and Business Management Support.

Can I contact any current tenants as a reference?
Building management will be happy to provide contact information for tenants who have agreed to be used as references. We also offer many online Case Studies that tell our tenants stories.
